How do I invite a team member?¶
Step 1. Go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member.
Step 2. Enter their Email, First name and Last name.
Step 3. Under Companies & permissions, tick the businesses they should have access to. Ticking a business grants all permissions by default — untick any you want to hold back. The permissions are: Dashboard, Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing, Rental, BAS / Tax, Reports and Bank Connect.
Step 4. Click Send invite. They'll get an email invitation and show as Pending in your Team list until they accept. If the invite can't be sent (for example, the person already has access), the exact reason is shown.
From the Team list you can resend a pending invitation, change someone's access, or remove them. A member with access to several businesses can be removed from a single business (Remove from …) or from all of them at once (Remove from all companies).
