How do I connect Deputy?

Connecting Deputy lets myaccountant work with your Deputy workforce data — so you can import your employees and pull approved timesheets into your pay runs.

Step 1. Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Deputy card.

Step 2. Authorise the connection on Deputy. You're redirected back to myaccountant once it's done, and the card shows a Connected badge.

Step 3. (Optional) On the Deputy card, open Auto-Sync and tick the changes you want to flow through automatically — Employee changes, Timesheet approved, Leave requests or Shift changes — then click Save Auto-Sync Settings.

To stop the connection later, use Disconnect on the Deputy card. You can reconnect at any time.
