What reports are available?

myaccountant groups its reports into a few sections on the Reports page.

Financial

  • Profit & Loss — revenue minus expenses for a period; shows whether the business is profitable.
  • Balance Sheet — assets, liabilities and equity at a point in time; shows what the business is worth.
  • Cash Flow Statement — money in versus money out, split into trading, GST and non-trading movements.
  • Trial Balance — every account with a balance, in debit and credit columns; confirms the books balance.
  • Journal Ledger — all the double-entry journal postings, by account, type and period.

Invoices

  • Aged Receivables — outstanding invoices grouped by customer and aged into 0 / 1–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 91+ day buckets.
  • Invoice & Quote Activity — a filterable log of invoices and quotes by status, type and date.
  • Customer Statement — a per-customer running statement with opening balance, transactions and closing balance (handy as a PDF to email).

Payroll

(Shown if you use payroll.)

  • Payroll Activity Summary — gross, tax, super, deductions and net pay across pay runs.
  • Employee YTD Earnings — year-to-date earnings per employee for a financial year.
  • Superannuation Report — super contributions by employee for a period.
  • Leave Balances — annual and personal leave opening, accrued, taken and closing balances per employee.

AI Assisted Reports

  • Financial Statements — a complete set of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Notes and Declaration) that you can edit in the browser and download as PDF or Word (.docx).
