How do I run the Leave Balances report?¶
The Leave Balances report shows each employee's annual and personal leave — opening balance, accrued, taken and closing balance, in hours — as at a date you choose.
Step 1. Go to Reports in the sidebar, then under Payroll click Leave Balances.
Step 2. Set the As of date. The report rolls up every finalised pay run up to and including that date, and it opens on today's date by default.
Step 3. Read the report on screen. Each employee has two sets of columns — Annual Leave (hrs) and Personal Leave (hrs) — and each set shows Opening, Accrued, Taken and Balance.
Step 4. To save or share it, click Download and choose PDF or Excel (.xlsx).
