How do I run the Employee YTD Earnings report?

The Employee YTD Earnings report shows each employee's year-to-date totals for a whole financial year — gross, tax, super, deductions, net pay, and how many pay runs they've been paid in.

Step 1. Go to Reports in the sidebar, then under Payroll click Employee YTD Earnings.

Step 2. Choose the financial year from the dropdown. The current year and the two before it are available, and it opens on the current financial year by default.

Step 3. Read the report on screen — one row per employee, showing Gross, Tax, Super, Deductions, Net Pay and # Pay Runs.

Step 4. To save or share it, click Download and choose PDF or Excel (.xlsx).

Tip: this report always totals the whole financial year. For a shorter, custom date range, use the Payroll Summary.
