How do I see my property's financial performance?¶

A single property¶

Open a property and look at its Overview tab. For the chosen period it shows:

• Income, Expenses and Net Income cards, each compared to the previous year, with your ownership share.
• An Income vs Expenses chart across the period.
• Income by Category and Expenses by Category breakdowns.
• Your most recent transactions.

Use the period dropdown at the top right to change the period — for example This Financial Year, a previous year, or a Custom Range.

If the property is linked to a bank account, a Cash at Bank card shows its balance and how many transactions are still uncategorised. Click it to jump to the Bank section.

Your whole portfolio¶

The main Property page has an Overview tab showing totals across all your properties — Total Income, Total Expenses and Net Rental Income — plus portfolio charts for Income vs Expenses and category breakdowns.
