What do the document status filters mean?¶

The pills above your documents let you filter by where each one is up to:

All — every document.
Needs Review — AI extraction is finished and waiting for you to check and confirm the details.
In Progress — AI is reading the document right now.
Done — reviewed and turned into a transaction.
Saved Only — uploaded but not run through AI extraction.
Failed — AI extraction didn't work. Delete the document and upload it again with Upload & Extract — see How do I correct an AI extraction?
