How do I upload a document?¶
Step 1. Go to Documents in the sidebar and click Upload Document (top right). The upload panel slides open.
Step 2. Drag a file onto the panel, or click to browse and pick one from your computer. You can upload a PDF or an image (PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP), up to 50MB.
Step 3. Choose what to do with it:
- Upload & Extract — uploads the file and uses AI to read it and suggest a transaction. This uses one of your monthly AI extractions.
- Just Save — stores the file without reading it, and doesn't use your AI quota.
Your document then appears on the My Documents tab. Files attached to your transactions show on the Attachments tab.
If you chose Just Save, you can run AI on it later by clicking Extract on its row.
