How do I reset my password?¶
Step 1. On the Sign in page, click Forgot password?
Step 2. Enter your Email address and click Send reset link.
Step 3. You'll see a "Check your email" confirmation. Open your inbox (and spam folder) and look for the reset email. The reset link is valid for 24 hours.
Step 4. Click the link in the email.
Step 5. Enter your New Password. It needs to be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character — a checklist shows you what's still needed. Re-enter it in Confirm Password.
Step 6. Click Reset password, then click Sign in to log in with your new password.
Note: resetting your password signs you out everywhere else, so you'll need to sign in again on your other devices.
If the link has expired¶
If you see "Invalid Reset Link", the link is more than 24 hours old or has already been used. Click Request new reset link and start again from Step 1.
Changing your password while signed in¶
If you're already logged in, go to the Change Password screen, enter your Current Password and your New Password, then click Change Password.
